Consumer Offer — Terms & Conditions.These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Buy iPhone & Win Exciting Apple Prizes!” Lucky Draw (“the Offer”) conducted by SVEPL, an Apple Authorized Distributor, for qualifying purchases made between 9 August 2026 and 29 August 2026.

1. This promotional offer is valid only on the purchase of selected iPhone models during the scheme period from 9 August 2026 to 29 August 2026. The offer is not applicable on all iPhone models — please check with your nearest participating store for the list of eligible models.
2. To participate in the Lucky Draw, customers must complete the registration form on this website.
3. Participants must fill in all required details accurately and upload a clear copy of the purchase invoice.
4. The customer details submitted through the registration form — including name, contact number and purchase date — must exactly match the details mentioned on the uploaded invoice.
5. The purchased iPhone must be activated within 24 hours of the invoice date. Entries associated with devices activated later may be disqualified.
6. One invoice is eligible for one entry only. Multiple entries against the same invoice, IMEI, serial number, mobile number or email address will be considered invalid.
7. Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of participation.
8. Prizes available under this promotion are: 1× Bangkok Trip worth ₹50,000/- (3 nights) as the biggest prize, 1× iPhone 17 (Grand Prize), 1× iPad A16 (11-inch Wi-Fi), 2× Apple Watch SE3 (GPS), 4× AirPods 4 (ANC), 50× Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter and 50× ARISTOCRAT Trolly Bag.
9. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 31 August 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all verified entries.
10. All prizes offered under this promotion will be base variants/models as determined by SVEPL.
11. Winners shall not have the option to choose, exchange, upgrade or request a specific colour, storage capacity, model variant or configuration of any prize.
12. Winners may be required to provide valid proof of identity, age and purchase before prize distribution.
13. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated or unverifiable entries may be rejected at the sole discretion of the organizer.
14. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of invoices, activation records and participant details before confirming any winner.
15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, discount or any other consideration.
16. Retailers, store employees, promoters, organizers, agency staff and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and dependents) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
17. Any attempt to submit false information, forged invoices, duplicate registrations or entries on behalf of another person may result in immediate disqualification.
18. SVEPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion and/or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice if required due to operational, legal, technical or unforeseen circumstances.
19. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of SVEPL, which shall be final and binding.
20. SVEPL reserves the right to withhold prize distribution until all eligibility and verification checks have been satisfactorily completed.
21. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification and prize allocation shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
22. Participation in this promotion is voluntary and subject to compliance with all applicable Terms & Conditions.
23. The offer is valid only on purchases made from participating SVEPL-authorized retail stores during the promotion period.
24. SVEPL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the advertised prize.
25. Winners must claim their prize within the timeline communicated by SVEPL. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
26. SVEPL shall not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, incomplete submissions, delayed uploads or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the promotion.
27. By participating in this promotion, participants grant SVEPL the right to use their name, photograph, video, city of residence and winner status for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes without any additional compensation.
28. SVEPL reserves the right to publish winner names and photographs on its social media platforms, website and promotional materials.
